Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

Sales and Administrative Support

- Provide sales and administrative support to the sales team, including preparing basic sales reports and assisting with broker events

- Support Business Development Managers in managing relationships with insurance brokers

- Assist with broker onboarding and provide basic ongoing support

- Assist in streamlining sales processes within the insurance brokerage division

Client Service and Compliance

- Provide client service to brokers and business partners by addressing basic enquiries and providing product information

- Maintain records of insurance transactions, contracts, and agreements

- Assist in ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies

Collaboration and Operational Support

- Collaborate with other departments to support sales initiatives and business operations

- Assist in organizing broker service tasks, e.g., CPD courses for sales team members and business partners0

Job Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is an advantage

- 2-3 years of experience in sales support or brokerage assistance within the insurance industry

- Basic understanding of insurance products, policies, and processes

- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

- Basic proficiency in data analysis and reporting

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of insurance broker management systems is a plus

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Basic problem-solving skills and ability to assist in implementing solutions

- Insurance certifications are beneficial
