Job Title: Associate Business Analyst
Location: Singapore
About the Role:
The Associate Business Analyst will support business operations and project management by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. They will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business needs are accurately translated into technical requirements and help in process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. They will be analyzing data, participating research and analysis of new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering & Analysis:

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements.

Conduct interviews, workshops, surveys, and observations to collect information.

Analyze and prioritize requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
-
Assist in data collection, research, and analysis to support business decisions.
Documentation & Reporting:
-
Prepare clear and detailed requirement specifications, process flows, and other related documents.
-
Assist in creating user stories, use cases, wireframes, and functional specifications.

Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Strategy Support & Monitoring:
-
Support strategic planning and execution of business initiatives.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvements.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
-
Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure stakeholders are kept informed of project progress and changes.
Continuous Improvement:

Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Suggest innovative solutions to streamline operations and enhance user experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analysis, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and programming and data visualization tools (e.g., R, Python, Tableau).
Preferred Skills:
-
Exposure to Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

Knowledge of process mapping and business modeling.
-
Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage.
Experience:

1–2 years of experience in a similar role in business analysis.
