The Role
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Junior Accountant with a proven track record in inter company transactions and daily bookkeeping who will help support the Antler operations in Singapore, and Australia. Supporting the global finance team you will be responsible for all global inter company transactions, and the daily operational bookkeeping in Singapore and Australia. You will enjoy working in a busy and vibrant environment.
You will be efficient with high level of attention to detail and responsible for:
- Full intercompany journal entries, invoices and bills and ensure correct cost centre allocation.
- AR, AP, Balance sheet and cash book keeping for Australia, and support for the team in Singapore.
- Reconciling balance sheet accounts and researching discrepancies for both entities
- Other Ad-hoc bookkeeping duties as and when required.
To be successful in this role you must have:
- 1 to 3 years of bookkeeping experience
- Experience in inter company transactions – journal entries, invoices, bills
- Experience in multi-entity, multi cost centre and multi-currency environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Prior bookkeeping in an ERP experience is a must (NetSuite experience is a plus)
- Involvement in the month end process and reviewing management accounts is also a plus.
