Job Description

  • Lead the technical design, development, enhancement, and support of regulatory reporting solutions in the Risk domain, focusing on Basel Credit Risk, Market Risk and Large Exposure requirements.

  • Act as the technical SME for Moody's / Regnology RiskAuthority platform implementations, upgrades, and support activities.

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of regulatory reporting projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Design, develop, optimize, and troubleshoot database solutions using Oracle 12c/19c, SQL, and PL/SQL.

  • Develop and maintain Unix Shell Scripts across AIX/Linux environments for automation and operational support.

  • Build, manage, and monitor batch processing workflows using Control-M scheduling tools.

  • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines utilizing Git, Jenkins, and/or GitLab CI/CD to automate application deployment and release processes.

  • Drive automation initiatives for deployment, production support, and operational processes across regulatory reporting applications.

  • Collaborate closely with Risk, Finance, Regulatory Reporting, Business Analysts, and Infrastructure teams to deliver business requirements.

  • Participate in production support, issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Mentor other developers and provide technical leadership to project teams.

Job Requirements

  • 6 to 12 years of relevant experience with leading technical development teams in implementation of Regulatory Reporting projects in Risk domain (Basel - credit risk / market risk / operational risk).
  • Proficiency with Moody’s RiskAuthority is a must.
  • Strong hand one experience with Oracle 12 / 19c (SQL*Plus, PL/SQL), Unix Shell Scripting and
  • Control-M job scheduling tool.
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as GIT (version control), Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD (automation pipelines).
  • Experience in automating deployment of regulatory reporting applications and scripts.
  • Data Analytical skills; preferred experience in developing ETL layer
  • Good to have experience in Change Control Management tools & Visio
  • Must have worked in a financial institution with good understanding of financial & accounting concepts.
  • Able to work independently with minimum guidance and demonstrate full ownership of end-to-end deliverables.
  • Have good communication skills (to work with various levels)
  • Able to organize and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
