Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the Sales Quality Standards and Disciplinary Framework for the Client Group and conduct periodic reviews to refine and strengthen the standards, disciplinary framework and related governance processes.
- Drive effective Mystery Shopping outcomes for Sales Advisory Staff through structured justification management, targeted training, data‑driven analysis of findings, and timely corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
- Review and enhance manuals and guidelines, ensuring key controls are embedded, practical, and executable by the sales teams.
- Identify and assess behavioural root causes of Sales Advisory staff misconduct, errors, sales surveillance findings, and work with relevant stakeholders to implement sustainable remediation actions to strengthen controls and prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with Sales Advisory Team, Group Compliance and Business Compliance to drive continuous improvement initiatives to uplift sales discipline and conduct standards.
Job requirement
- Minimum 3 years of retail banking experience in sales governance, business control, compliance, risk management, or similar functions within financial services.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, conduct requirements, and control frameworks.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence frontline and control partners.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Ability to influence and drive a risk-aware culture across business units.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
