Purpose of Role
This role will be required to support the FCOA Technology team with functional, technical and administrative tasks in project management, incident management and BAU maintenance activities of Financial Crime Compliance systems.
Main Responsibilities
Provide technology support for KYC, Name screening and Transaction Filtering systems’ projects, enhancements, issues, maintenance, and general system queries.
Produce and understand technology related documentations (including functional and technical design documents, business requirement documents, system architectural diagrams, etc.).
Engage with various internal stakeholders to communicate accurately and efficiently on project status, risks, and issues. Facilitate discussions to gather requirements and provide updates.
Manage system incidents with strict adherence to SLAs, escalate and socialize with the relevant internal stakeholders at branch, regional, and global level.
Ensure alignment with bank standards, guidelines, and policies.
Work collaboratively across functional teams in GFCD fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Perform administrative tasks as per Financial Crime Compliance Technology standards
Assist in any other ad-hoc technology related tasks.
Candidate Profile
Skills and knowledge
- Tech Project Management/Business System Analyst/Production Support experience is a must.
Prior experience in managing KYC/Name Screening /Transaction Filtering systems.
Knowledge of Actimize and/or HotScan system will be an added advantage.
Should have knowledge of SWIFT payment message standards.
Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Data analyzing abilities will be a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex system concepts and issues to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently to deliver results.
Ability to join occasional early morning/night calls with Global stakeholders.
Willingness to take on ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Experience
5+ years technology industry experience in Banking & Financial Services sector
