Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Small & Medium Enterprise (SME), understanding their business objectives, challenges, and financial goals.
  • Actively identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services to meet clients' financial and investment needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists, credit analysts, and operations, to deliver comprehensive banking solutions to clients.
  • Conduct regular client reviews to assess satisfaction levels, address concerns, and identify opportunities for additional services.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice and solutions to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures in all client interactions and transactions.
  • Prepare and present financial proposals, reports, and presentations to clients, highlighting the value proposition of banking products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration or Banking & Finance,
  • At least 5 years of credit and marketing experience in handling local SME businesses
  • Excellent business acumen and ability to deliver sales targets
  • Proven track record in developing SME business
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams
