Job Description:

The role is for regional infrastructure project manager, who needs to cover overall coordination, manage budget and status reporting of assigned projects. The successful candidate will be part of a growing dynamic regional team that oversees infra projects in the region.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of regional projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget are met.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute project deliverables.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruption.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the primary liaison between regional offices, central teams, and external partners.
  • Communicate progress and challenges to senior leadership, providing actionable recommendations.

Strategic Planning:

  • Align regional project goals with the company’s overall objectives.
  • Assess market trends and region-specific needs to prioritize initiatives.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and recommend improvements for future initiatives.

Resource Allocation:

  • Ensure optimal resource distribution across projects in the region.
  • Lead resource planning, including staffing, budgeting, and procurement activities.

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure projects adhere to corporate and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

  • Min 8 years of experience in project management, preferably with regional or global exposure.
  • Experience in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
  • Experience with methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, or a related field (MBA or similar postgraduate degree preferred).
  • Proven track record in PM roles, handling complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage diverse teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems under pressure.
  • Organizational skills to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a strong advantage.
