Job Description
As a participant in the 2025 J.P. Morgan APAC Women Who Trade event, you will have the opportunity to network with traders in our Markets division, gain insights into their career foundations, and deepen your understanding of our trading business. You will also participate in trading simulations and training sessions, and engage in interactive presentations and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge. This event is a unique opportunity to experience the trading environment at J.P. Morgan and to learn from business leaders in the company.
Job Responsibilities
- Participate in a number of interactive presentations to gain knowledge and understanding of Trading at J.P. Morgan
- Participate in trading simulations to put theory into practice
- Improve your skills and knowledge in interactive workshops
- Network with fellow participants and business leaders at J.P. Morgan
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Must be a penultimate year student graduating from a Bachelor's or Master's program
- If you are pursuing a Master's Degree, it must be completed within 2 years of your Bachelor's Degree
- Enthusiasm for Financial Services Industry and Trading
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Excellent analytical, quantitative and interpretative skills
- Coursework in finance or economics a plus but not a requirement
- Confidence and initiative to take on responsibility and manage your own projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
