Job Responsibilities:
Participation in the design, development, delivery of best-in-class Financial Crimes programs, policies and practices for the Global Finance Crimes Division;
Responsibility for project plans, charter, stakeholder management, risk & issues log, communication plans and governance structures;
Identification of project resourcing requirements;
Identification of project challenges and the develop of innovative solutions;
Coordination with global cross function teams to identify, prioritize and facilitate execution of potential enhancements;
Creation of reports, presentation material and communications for Senior Stakeholders and Committee Meetings;
Drive program enhancements to meet objectives within agreed milestones;
To keep abreast of regulatory changes, new regulations and internal policy changes in order to further identify new key risk areas; and
Adherence to all company policies and guidelines.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience program/project management or change management.
Financial Crimes & progressive process improvement experiences.
Experience on data governance related processes is desirable;
ACAMS certification and PMP/PRINCE certification would be an advantage.
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to deal courteously and effectively with others.
