We are seeking a talented individual to join our FinPro team at Marsh. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Cyber risk presents a complex and evolving challenge for businesses today. We will count on you to:
- Develop and implement growth and client retention strategies in collaboration with Singapore FINPRO and Specialty Leadership.
- Drive business development initiatives through RFPs, account penetration, and client prospecting.
- Collaborate with insurers and reinsurers to enhance the Singapore Cyber Insurance market, increasing capacity and coverage options.
- Contribute to broader Marsh strategic initiatives and work closely with other Specialty Practices in Singapore.
- Partner with the Marsh Cyber Risk Consulting Practice to deliver integrated solutions tailored to client needs.
- Coordinate with the Claims Advocacy function to ensure exceptional service for clients facing insured cyber events.
- Collaborate with regional cyber leadership to provide optimal resources and support to clients in Singapore.
- Utilize Marsh’s leading digital tools to enhance client outcomes and experiences.
- Address market challenges for brokers and clients, proactively resolving service issues reported by clients.
- Work with the Regional Cyber Placement Hub to deliver superior insurance results and value to clients.
What you need to have:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the cyber market or a similar specialist insurance line.
- Background in Cyber & Technology insurance and/or Cyber & Technology Risk.
- Established relationships with underwriters and a positive reputation within the insurance market.
- Proven track record of excellence in client service and achieving growth-driven results.
- Understanding of insurer profitability, market cycles, and the global reinsurance landscape.
