Job Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the team through daily guidance and mentorship to deliver a world class social media experience
- Adopts a data-driven approach to drive all social media channels efforts across strategy, budget, activations, and performance analysis to ensure prompt and effective optimisation and collaboration across functions.
- Maintain social media excellence across the team, while keeping up to date with the social media industry and platforms to find new opportunities that can be used to improve strategy.
- Work closely with Marketing Teams to deliver best-in-class social media campaigns
- Be the brand guardian to ensure all social media assets are on-brand and aligned with the global social media strategy
- Work alongside the Social & Community Manager to develop day-to-day operations, reporting and guidance across HQ and the regions into best-in-class standards and excellence on our owned channels
- Support in the development of stronger collaboration across all entities in digital aspects- cross-functionally and internally, to improve the understanding of the overall guidelines and approach for social media
- Stay up to date on industry trends to ensure content is current and relevant, ahead of the curve on social media
Job Requirements
- 4-5 years of relevant work experience with an omnichannel or direct-to-consumer fashion or e-commerce brand, with a focus on Social Media Management or Brand Marketing
- Possesses a relevant degree from top university in business, marketing, or other relevant fields
- Solid hands-on experience in social media strategy, planning, and digital activations – you have a good knowledge of how and when to leverage different marketing channels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite – Slides, Sheets, Docs
- A decent wordsmith with a flair in social copywriting across different channels
- Familiar and fluent with digital marketing analytics – Google Analytics, Sprout Social or similar tools to make data-informed decisions for a marketing plan, comfortable with reading data and turning insights into operational, effective, and impactful execution
- Strong, Proactive, and effective communicator and a reliable team player
- Experience in high growth, fast-paced and dynamic environment preferred
