RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Plant Manager in managing the overall production operation.
- Initiate continuous improvement of all relevant plant processes in order to minimize production cost and guarantee reliable production and quality.
- Conduct projects as a project responsible for Capex projects and execute all improvement projects.
- Responsible for maintaining and developing management systems/ ESHQ programs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum a Bachelor in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry or equivalent by experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience in plant management function in relevant industries
- Leadership skills, especially strong communication and team mindset
- Willing to work in Jurong Island (Company transport provided)
