Lendlease Singapore is currently searching for an Assistant Manager, Operational Assurance for Shaw Tower. Reporting to the Property Manager, this role will be required to Administer and coordinate the management property operations services and/or management systems and processes, applying theoretical knowledge and judgement within defined parameters.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

  • Understanding Corporate’s requirements on all aspects i.e. EH&S, Sustainability, Risk Management, Operation etc. and ensure that the assets adhered to these requirements and policies;
  • Keep updated on the regulatory requirements and ensure that the assets are operating in accordance to the requirements;
  • Identify courses, training, workshops and/or seminars to enhance the competency level of the operation teams. Develop, up-skill and grow the skill set of the operation teams;
  • Assist in the development and manage the implementation of all documents, process and systems relating to the property operations of each of the Centers in accordance with company policies & procedures;
  • Monitor and assist the Centre property operations team with compliance to all related local Authority and Statutory requirements especially essential services provisions and all related Occupational, Health & Safety (OHS) legislative requirements;
  • Assist with review and monitor the budgeting, forecasting and management of OPEX, CAPEX, Sinking Fund budgets and works across the retail portfolio include providing operational financial input on new developments / asset enhancement projects where applicable;
  • To manage EH&S performance, annual EH&S Plan progress, GMR compliance and significant Critical Incident Reports;
  • Provide visible EH&S leadership when conducting regular asset visits to test GMR compliance;
  • Audit all assets independently and as per timeframes outlined in the EH&S Management System;
  • Ensure all changes to the register of local EH&S legislation are communicated to all relevant teams;
  • To lead the asset operations in attaining their EH&S Multi-Year Plan goals;
  • Understand and be familiar with Corporate’s requirements, policies, standards and procedures;
  • Explore new technologies and carry out studies with the assets to determine the possibilities of implementing such innovation initiatives to enhance operation efficiencies or cost saving;
