ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a versatile, data-curious marketer to lead LOJEL’s regional marketing activities in Singapore. The Assistant Marketing Manager will plan and execute our local marketing strategy, build a strong and consistent brand across regional channels and networks, and partner closely with HQ (Hong Kong) and cross-regional teams.

The role is based in Singapore and reports to the regional General Manager with a dotted line to HQ Marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns in Singapore from ideation to launch, across digital, social, retail, and partnership channels.
  • Lead regionally successful product launches by coordinating cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Ecommerce, Retail) to maximize impact and sell-through.
  • Brief and manage internal and external partners (designers, agencies, media, influencers etc.) to deliver on-brand campaign assets and activations.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key industry players, agencies, vendors, and commercial partners.
  • Measure and report on campaign performance against KPIs (e.g., ROI, ROAS, engagement, traffic, conversion, sell-through), derive insights and optimize.
  • Prepare and monitor the Singapore marketing budget: allocate funds wisely and ensure ROI discipline.
  • Support and apply LOJEL’s sustainability and ESG initiatives in local marketing activities.

PROFILE & SUCCESS CRITERIA

  • 3-4 years of experience in consumer marketing, with a track record of leading campaigns and product launches.
  • Strong collaborator who can influence stakeholders and take full ownership of results.
  • Comfortable working with numbers: able to interpret metrics, build reports, and make data-informed decisions.
  • A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and on-brand communication.
  • Up-to-date with consumer behavior trends and best practices in digital, social, and retail marketing.
  • Organized, critical thinker who can see the big picture and solve complex problems methodically.
  • Global mindset: experienced working with multicultural teams and diverse consumer segments.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts quickly to changing priorities.
  • High EQ: practices empathy, active listening, and inclusive communication.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 3–4 years of relevant campaign and marketing experience.
  • Proven track record of planning and delivering successful marketing activities.
  • Proficiency with Slack, Asana, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong communicator who can inspire and align internal and external stakeholders.
  • Awareness of ESG principles: experience applying sustainability-related initiatives.
  • Prior work on sustainability projects or in sustainable/B Corp companies is a plus.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluency in English (multilingual abilities are a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
