We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marine specialty team at Marsh. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:
- Serve as first point of contact for day-to-day communication with clients, follow up on all matters as well as deliver exceptional service to clients.
- Negotiate with insurers for coverage / pricing / placement to the satisfaction of clients.
- Keep abreast of changing market conditions and share information with clients where appropriate.
- Actively contribute and work with team in client retention / servicing of clients and business growth
- Support Team by managing day-to-day aspects on designated accounts and conducting account management tasks which includes completing billing transactional work, generating and coordinating calendars and timelines, liaising with internal senior professionals and business accounts, as well as representing the business to ensure overall satisfaction and compliance
- Manage account concerns or issues encountered and successfully address small and/or complex problems in a timely manner
- Adhere to Marsh Professional Standards and Marsh Excellence protocols.
What you need to have:
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of working experience in the insurance industry (non-life).
- Outstanding analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent people management, time management, verbal and written communication skills.
- Attained minimum Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) or equivalent. ANZIIF or ACII will be an advantage.
