Project Management:
- Manage new store openings, renovations, and enhancement projects from feasibility through opening
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Review project designs with Visual Merchandising, Sales, Business Development, and Construction teams for alignment
Local Engagement:
- Participate in site reviews with local Business Development teams to ensure design intent and operational requirements are met
Enhancement Support:
- Assist in managing store enhancement projects and ensure timely execution
Creative Review:
- Help review and approve creative samples locally to reduce back-and-forth and accelerate decision-making
Collaboration with ISPC & Procurement:
- Work with local ISPC and procurement teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget
Visual Merchandising & Zoning:
- Partner with Visual Merchandising and local buying teams to ensure proper store zoning and product presentation
Design Updates:
- Update projects as needed to meet evolving business needs and budget constraints
Technical Review:
- Review construction and millwork drawings for accuracy in dimensions, materials, and specifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in architecture, drafting, or retail design.
- Experience reviewing architectural and millwork drawings is a plus
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office Suite Core Competencies:
