The Buyer is responsible for managing merchandising strategies for Coach SEAO, analyzing consumer trends, collaborating on seasonal strategies, and improving SKU productivity. They will also engage in line reviews, identify product gaps, and ensure consumer-focused assortments.

- Understand each of the region within Coach SEAO and analyze consumer retail trends, market landscape, and competitive environment
- Collaborate with Global and Greater China/Coach Asia/Coach International Merchandising Teams to understand seasonal strategies, priorities and newness styles
- Work with Global Merchandise Planning Team on department growth strategies and key investment guidance to increase SKU productivity 7/8 for Dp1 /Dp2 feedback
- Engage in seasonal line reviews with Global Teams, highlighting current selling trends and product gaps to influence future product creation.
- Responsible for identifying any gaps in merchandising assortment during seasonal product opportunity (SPO) process.
- Create consumer-focused assortments for each region considering store profiles, VM space capacity and SKU productivity
- Analyze POS data analysis to understand sell-through to aid pre-season planning, and identify in-season opportunities
- Partner with Retail Management team to gather product feedback
- Monitor competitors against Brand's position in terms of products and pricing
The accomplished individual will possess...
- 3-5 years' experience in retail, B2B, franchise or wholesale experience
- Proven track record of buying/merchandising success for multinational brand/company, preferably sized categories
- Analytical skills and ability to translate data into action points
- Ability to perform well under pressure with multiple deadlines
- Experience in merchandising/planning systems and SAP a plus

- Intermediate to Advanced Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, macro building a plus)
- BA/BS university degree or its equivalent in merchandising, business, finance, economics, or supply chain.
