Assistant Manager/Manager,Marketing Communications (Loyalty Marketing & Systems)

Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Loyalty programme marketing and systems
- Planning and execution of new features or enhancements to the mall’s loyalty programme and/or related digital platforms and systems, including project management, testing, training, deployment planning prior to project roll-out and post deployment trouble shooting.
- Monitor and maintain all loyalty program functionalities (e.g., point accumulation, redemption, tier progression, communication triggers) for errors, performance bottlenecks, and unexpected behavior). Maintain documentation and provide regular knowledge transfer (via training or communications) to team members.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, objectives and develop campaign initiatives that help achieve them on platforms including social media, Suntec+ mobile app and any other third-party platforms that the projects might embark on.
- Deep dive into the member database to obtain meaningful insights that can be applied to develop customer strategies to optimise retention, engagement, spend and active rates.
- Maintain good tenant relations, develop collaborative promotions, enhance customer experience through the activities to drive online traffic and increase tenants’ sales.
- Liaise with media agencies, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely and successful launches of marketing programmes.
- Plan, track and manage expenditure against budget, consistently and accurately.
Corporate Communications (Internal):
Internal engagement:
- Provide support in PR and Corporate Communications function, such as maintain media relationships, address inquiries from the media and other parties, track media coverage and follow industry trends.
- Support the team in ad-hoc projects, other areas of marketing communications, internal / external communications, and public relations.
Requirements
- At least 4 years’ experience in Marketing / Digital Marketing / CRM system development with relevant experience in running digital based loyalty programmes for malls and project management in technology-led marketing projects.
- Ability to effectively handle high-volume workload, concurrent projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Possess initiative with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Confident, reliable and able to work independently, as well as in a team.
- Have a flair in written and oral communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Meticulous with a keen eye for details.
- Experience in retail environment preferred.
