Lead eCommerce sales and growth for Home Appliances and Air Conditioners across Samsung.com and marketplaces. Develop and execute ecommerce strategies and joint roadmaps with product managers, manage pricing and product updates, own sales forecasting, monitor KPIs (revenue, traffic, conversion, CAC), optimize campaigns and site usability, and coordinate website UX and product listings while collaborating with cross-functional and regional teams. Maternity cover for Oct 2026–Mar 2027.
Position Summary
The eCommerce Product Marketer will be responsible for driving the performance and growth of Digital Appliances online sales. This role is pivotal in achieving sales targets, optimizing customer acquisition, and improving overall channel performance on all online platforms. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic sales initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage data-driven insights to deliver revenue growth, improve conversion rates, and elevate the customer experience.Cover from Oct'26 - Mar'27
Role and Responsibilities
- Drive and grow eCommerce sales for Home Appliances and Air Conditioners across Samsung.com and key marketplaces
- Develop and execute ecommerce strategy, which includes working closely with internal and external stakeholders in order to achieve revenue target and KPI
- Work closely with respective product managers to develop a joint roadmap which includes product strategic direction and promotional campaigns
- Responsible for timely price & product updates, and sharing necessary promotional / product materials
- Full accountability to provide accurate sales forecasting and activities updates
- Performance monitoring which includes analyzation of key sales and performance metrics, including revenue, traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs. Use insights to optimize campaigns, pricing strategies, and site usability to maximize results.
- Oversee CEJ and ensuring positive user experience. Coordinate with online team in management of website management (end user experience) and product listings (description, pricing, promotion etc)
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 6-7 years of experience in eCommerce sales, D2C channel management, or online business development, preferably in consumer electronics industry.
- Proven ability to plan and execute product launches and promotional campaigns to drive sales growth.
- Experience collaborating across regional and global teams, with strong stakeholder management skills to secure alignment and investment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience tracking KPIs such as revenue, conversion rates, and traffic performance and using insights to optimize results.
- Proficiency in eCommerce platforms, data tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau), and campaign management processes.
- Highly organized, results-driven, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive collaboration across cross-functional teams
