Job Description
Warehouse Operation
Responsible for monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of all reports and inventory transactions
Conduct and reconcile monthly/daily cycle count
Attain SLAs/KPI with allocated resources
Manage Warehouse planning – storage, resources, MHE, equipment and layout
Organized the execution of operations according to operational needs
Analyse operations trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Liaise with customers on operational issues and campaign forecasts
To ensure customer SLAs/KPIs are met and discrepancies are minimized
Establishing processes to boost productivity
Drive improvements in operational productivity and efficiency
Regularly review and update SOPs
To prepare the operations team's performance report for the Monthly Business Review Meeting
Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and 5S practices
Ensure the workplace complies with safety requirements
Mandatory use of PPE (safety shoes and safety vest) in the warehouse
Project
Support and provide an overview of Project and business case
Track and ensure expenditures are within budget
Identify potential risk and issues and ensure they are being tracked, mitigated, and resolved
Document processes and manage ISO requirements
Participate in quality management and other professional certification processes and audits
Administrative
Prepare monthly reports for business unit reporting
Training and oversee WSH compliance activities
Manage contract agreements and finance-related matters
Monitoring and purchasing of warehousing consumables
Team Management
Provide guidance on operations and process-related matters to team members
Conduct training for new staff according to the On-the-Job Training (OJT) plan
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirement:
• Diploma in Logistics / Warehouse Management or relevant studies
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain operations.
• Proven track record of managing teams, coordinating daily logistics activities, and ensuring smooth operational workflows.
• Strong knowledge in WMS
• Experience in handling B2B/B2C, FMCG
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint)
Additional Information:
• Work Days: Monday to Friday
• Work Timing: Monday to Thursday - 8am to 6pm | Friday - 8am to 5pm
• Work Location: Regional eCommerce Logistics Hub (37 Greenwich Drive)
