Job Description Summary
We are seeking an Assistant Finance Manager/Finance Manager to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will manage financial reporting, statutory reporting, SOX compliance, internal controls, tax compliance, and process improvements. This role involves collaborating with auditors to support various audits, ensuring adherence to regulations and accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business and process controls, financial reporting, and the ability to drive process improvements.
Job Description
What you will be doing:
- Assist in developing property management service plans and customer service operation manuals.
- Handle visitor reception, complaint registration, communication notices, and customer engagement.
- Coordinate and deliver meeting services, including room management and equipment support.
- Support supervision and quality assessments of logistics service providers.
- Conduct regular service quality checks and follow up on improvements.
You are:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with at least 4 years’ experience in SOX compliance, accounting, and/or audit.
- Strong proficiency in SOX Controls, US GAAP, SFRS, and financial data analysis and reporting.
- Skilled in financial software, Microsoft Office, and managing internal and external audits.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with strong time management and adaptability to meet deadlines.
- Hands-on, resilient, with a proactive and collaborative attitude toward business processes and challenges.
