We are seeking an experienced and driven Assistant Data Analyst Manager to lead our analytics team and drive enterprise-wide data initiatives. This role combines strong hands-on Power BI expertise with team leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver high-impact insights.

Responsibilities:

1. Team & People Management :

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts
  • Allocate tasks, review work quality, and provide guidance on best practices
  • Build a high-performing analytics team with a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement

2. Stakeholder Management :

  • Work closely with key stakeholders from retail, merchandising, e-commerce, finance, supply chain, and IT
  • Translate business questions into analytical projects and ensure timely delivery of insights
  • Facilitate communication between business users and the analytics team to ensure alignment and adoption

3. Analytics & BI Delivery :

  • Oversee the design and development of Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and dataflows
  • Ensure data modeling, DAX measures, and query performance are optimized for enterprise reporting
  • Monitor and optimize Power BI Fabric capacity to support scalable and cost-effective BI solutions
  • Guide the team in maintaining high data quality, performing validation, and troubleshooting issues
  • Drive standardized KPIs, data governance, and BI best practices across the organization

4. Strategic Contribution :

  • Support the Data & Analytics roadmap for the company
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen reporting automation, self-service BI, and advanced analytics
  • Champion data-driven decision-making across the business

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics / BI, with at least 1–2 years in team leadership or mentoring roles
  • Expert-level Microsoft Power BI skills, including: Advanced DAX & Power Query , Data modeling & star-schema design , Semantic model development , Dataflow creation & management , Power BI Fabric capacity optimization
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience in retail / e-commerce is advantageous
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, and prioritization skills
  • SQL proficiency is an advantage
