[What the role is]

As part of the People & Culture Division, you will play a key role in delivering HR operations across our headquarters and overseas offices. From onboarding and payroll to process improvement and employee experience, you will partner with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure smooth and efficient HR service delivery.
This role is ideal for someone who is curious, analytical, and driven to make things better. You enjoy challenging the status quo, leveraging technology to improve processes, and creating positive employee experiences throughout the employee lifecycle.

[What you will be working on]

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and stakeholders across local and overseas offices to deliver seamless HR support throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience and compliance with organisational policies and employment regulations.
  • Build expertise in employment legislation and HR practices across multiple jurisdictions to support an increasingly global workforce.
  • Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, systems, and employee journeys to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Champion HR digitalisation, automation, and AI initiatives, identifying opportunities to redesign workflows, streamline processes, and enhance the employee experience through innovative technology solutions.
  • Implement and communicate new HR policies, programmes, and process enhancements, ensuring successful adoption across the organisation.
  • Support strategic HR projects, organisational initiatives, and workforce planning activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

[What we are looking for]

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for improving processes and leveraging technology to enhance HR operations and employee experience.
  • Experience in process improvement, automation, or digitalisation initiatives, with familiarity in tools such as Power Automate, RPA, AI bots, or similar technologies, will be an advantage.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday will be an advantage.
  • High integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and self-driven, with the ability to identify issues and implement practical solutions.
  • Meticulous and well-organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • A growth mindset, with a willingness to learn, innovate, and embrace new ways of working.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate across teams, functions, and cultures.
