Support development and build-out of the People Insights Dashboard, help implement and enhance AI-enabled HR solutions, and assist with technical documentation and development processes. Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver data-driven HR insights and manage concurrent dashboard modules.
[What the role is]
The People Analytics & Technology (PAT) team within the People & Culture 2 (P&C) division drives data-driven HR decision-making at EnterpriseSG through the development of people insights tools and AI-enabled HR solutions. The team is currently scaling up delivery of key initiatives including the People Insights Dashboard and AI-enabled HR solutions, building on foundational work such as the Employee 360 framework and initial dashboard architecture. Beyond analytics, the PAT team also oversees system solutions, including the organisation's core HCM platform, Workday, as well as process improvement initiatives such as automation and the development and rollout of AI solutions.[What you will be working on]
- Support hands-on development and build-out of the People Insights Dashboard, including concurrent development of multiple dashboard modules, to generate actionable people insights.
- Assist in the implementation and enhancement of AI-enabled HR solutions (e.g. AI Bots)
- Assist in documentation of technical work and development processes
[What we are looking for]
- Diploma or Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources Technology, or related discipline
- Relevant experience or demonstrated skills in data analytics, dashboard development, or HR technology implementation
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools and analytics platforms
- Familiarity with HR data and people analytics concepts (advantageous)
- Ability to work independently and contribute meaningfully with minimal onboarding time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage concurrent development tasks
- Good communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
