The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As Asia Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Sales Incentive Processing & Close Activities

Ensure the accurate and timely preparation, validation, and payment of sales incentives, including plan calculations, accruals, and employee payouts across assigned Asia countries. Manage quarterly close activities to support accurate financial reporting and governance requirements.

  • Data Integrity, Compliance & Plan Governance

Maintain high standards of data accuracy and ensure full compliance with quality controls, governance frameworks, and corporate policies. Ensure alignment of local SIP plans with the global framework, support annual planning cycles, and manage mid year changes or approved exceptions.

  • Cross Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with Sales, Finance, HR, Data Enablement, and Payroll teams to coordinate and execute all activities related to incentive planning and payout processes, ensuring consistency, transparency, and operational efficiency.

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Issue Resolution

Act as the primary point of contact for sales teams across Asia, responding to inquiries and resolving incentive-related issues in a timely, professional, and customer focused manner.

  • Plan Alignment, Reporting & Analysis

Support the development and administration of local Sales Incentive Plans aligned with global standards. Contribute to annual and mid-year planning activities, and provide reporting, KPI tracking, and analytical insights to support leadership decision making.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • Minimum three (5) years of experience in financial analysis, data analysis, or operations, preferably within sales incentive planning or compensation operations
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; Korean language proficiency is a plus to support the Korea market
  • Ability to work effectively independently and cross functionally across multiple time zones within Asia
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database tools
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all organizational levels
  • Well-developed project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and reliable manner
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and attention to detail skills
  • Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases is a plus
  • Experience with SAP, Vistex, or similar ERP / incentive compensation systems is preferred

Work location: Seoul, Korea/ Ho Chi Min, Vietnam/ Malaysia/ Thailand/ Singapore

Travel: May include up to 5% domestic/international

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
