About Boeing Korea:
Boeing Korea supports airline and government customers with operational, technical, and field service capabilities across the region. The Field Service organization provides local presence and operational support to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable use of Boeing commercial products and services.
Role Overview:
Boeing Korea is seeking a Field Service Associate to be based in Seoul and be part of the Field Service organization. The Field Service Associate will plan, coordinate, and support Boeing and Field Service personnel, maintain local Boeing presence, assist customers, and support logistical and administrative activities for Boeing travelers and Field Service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform planning, coordination, and organization of Boeing focal and field personnel based on customer needs.
  • Coordinate field operation assignment procedures, training, and orientation to ensure on-site personnel meet customer expectations.
  • Provide guidance to Boeing personnel regarding local language, culture, and customs.
  • Maintain local Boeing base presence and manage office facility coordination with Boeing International Enterprise Services.
  • Provide specialized on-the-job training to customers regarding Boeing resources.
  • Research information to assist customers in resolving moderately complex operational issues.
  • Assist management with negotiating costs and coordinating special events.
  • Monitor and report on customer information to support marketing and sales activities.
  • Process payments and expense reports for Boeing travelers and arrange travel reservations, coordinating with Boeing Travel.
  • Manage customer contacts and maintain detailed customer knowledge and office manuals; ensure procedures are implemented.
  • Work under general direction and operate with a high level of autonomy when required.

Required Qualifications:
  • High business level English language skills (speaking, listening, writing, reading), including ability to influence others and explain topics of moderate to high complexity.
  • High level of cross-cultural awareness and ability to manage cross-cultural interactions effectively.
  • Korean language proficiency required (business level recommended for customer-facing responsibilities).

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Basic understanding of database and information management systems.
  • Experience with SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or similar systems.
  • Experience working with a multinational company.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Strong communication skills and customer service experience.
  • Willingness to learn and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrates integrity and supports positive team dynamics.

Relocation & Visa:
  • Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate Seoul area or relocate at their own expense.
