JOB SUMMARY

Our ongoing enterprise transformation initiatives. This role is crucial to execute the business transformation need as we modernize our ERP from JD Edwards OneWorld to SAP.

The ideal candidate will bring deep domain knowledge of the finance function—particularly in the alcohol and spirits industry—and have a proven track record in supporting large-scale ERP transformations.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Possess a good understanding of the Products related to the Record to decide process and translate business needs to Tech Demands. The specialist is expected to work with the Product owners on solutioning and managing the business changes needed to successfully deploy these products.
  • In the modernization of the ERP to SAP, the specialist is expected to familiarize himself/herself with the current business process and map it to the to be process and help the business manage the change.
  • Work     closely     with     cross-functional     teams     to deploy global products to the APAC markets.
  • There is a strong focus for the specialist to provide functional and strategic support for the legacy products including the JD Edwards platform, ensuring stability and process alignment during the transition period.
  • Lead or contribute to process mapping, gap analysis, and fit-gap sessions between JDE and SAP functionality.
  • Participate in data migration activities including data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulatory requirements, including taxation, reporting, and inventory valuation relevant to the alcohol and spirits’ sector.
  • Provide training and documentation to finance users and other stakeholders to support adoption of new systems and processes.
  • The specialist should possess strong knowledge of best-in-class Finance Process with experience in various business operating models for shared services, insourcing and outsourcing.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in the finance domain with hands on experience supporting JD Edwards (JDE World or EnterpriseOne) or similar ERP would be advantageous.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance modules is highly preferred.
  • Experience with change management or training in ERP rollouts.
  • Knowledge of integration points with finance, sales, or production systems.
  • Prior work in global or multi-entity environments with intercompany processes.

Functional & Leadership Competencies

  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated involvement in end-to-end ERP migrations, ideally in the alcohol, spirits, or beverage manufacturing/distribution industry.
  • Strong understanding of core finance processes: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Costing, Tax, and Financial Reporting.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific finance practices, such as excise tax tracking, bonded warehouses, and compliance requirements for alcoholic beverages.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with integration technologies such as AS2, REST APIs
