About the Team

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented leader to lead and inspire our ASEAN team. As a key member of our APAC leadership team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our sales strategy in our 2nd largest market, to drive revenue growth and market share expansion. You will be responsible for performance managing a sales team, mentoring and coaching them to achieve peak performance across both our key market of Singapore and emerging markets across SEA. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of execution success in sales leadership, possessing exceptional communication, strategic planning and team-building skills. The ability to lead through influence, to drive cross functional accountability and be the custodian of Workdays brand is paramount.

About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate a high-performing culture by fostering collaboration, mentoring team members, and championing innovation.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and company objectives

  • Provide ongoing coaching and training to enhance the team's sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise.

  • Accurately forecast sales revenue and track key performance indicators to monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company's customer base and market reach.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to align sales efforts with overall business goals.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies that may impact sales strategies.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products/services and generate leads.

  • Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, provide updates, and address challenges.

  • Ensure the team adheres to ethical selling practices and complies with company policies and procedures.

  • Thrive for operational excellence

About You

Minimum Qualifications

  • 15+ years of proven experience in sales, with at least 10+ years in a sales leadership role

  • Stellar leadership skills: proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor high-performing teams

  • Ability to consistently exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth

  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, pipeline management, and forecasting techniques

Other Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong understanding of the region
