Required
· Have managed large transformational Mainframe platform migration / re-hosting projects
· Understanding of Mainframe application related to infra needs
· Knowledge and understanding of UX / Linux
· Should have hands-on experience in projects
· Strong project management skills. PMP certification is an added advantage
· Have run a large complex project of at least 5m++
· Ability in managing and handling 3P vendors providing application porting services and workload solutions services.
· Experience in contract administrations
· Ability in managing cross-country / regional / virtualization resources in projects
· Managing at CxO level customer

Job Description
• 12-15 years of total relevant experience
• Should have development experience in AS/400 based projects involving RPG, CL
• Should have successfully lead and managed AS/400 projects
• Good Understanding on Project Management and Quality Management Techniques. Should be well versed with ISO and CMMI level processes.
• Essential to have good exposure and hands on in managing projects with KPIs like Team Utilization, Project Profitability, etc
• Experience of executing projects in Onsite –Offshore model.
• High Customer Orientation, High Customer interfacing/relationship building skills, Good written and Oral communication skills
• Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management, change management
• Good experience in business applications related to the supply chain of parts supply
• Must have experience in Manufacturing Domain
