Job Summary:

Supports the Regional Head of Finance. Delivers meaningful, accurate and timely management reporting & analysis on business performance. Point of contact for question on the forecasting process, management reporting and business analysis.

Interacts with Regional Head of Finance, Finance Operations Managers, Regional Business Line Controllers and Group Control in the Netherlands.   

Key Responsibilities:

Monthly reporting

Monthly reporting and analyses of regional results and deviations compared to forecast. Analyze result development drivers and monitor their evolution (including metrics such as DRO, backlog and utilization). Further improve monthly reporting process and analytical insights through PowerBi. 

Forecasting

Analyzing the Forecasting process together with Regional Business Line Controllers and Head of Finance.

Special Projects

Support the Business Line Director or Regional Head of Finance in various special projects

Develop new analytical insights (PowerBI)

Key internal and external contacts / relationships the required to fulfil the job:

Internal:  Regional Business Line Directors, Regional Director, Business Controllers, FSSC, Service Line Directors, Group Control, Regional Head of Finance 

External: N/A

Experience and Knowledge:

Master’s Degree (Finance, or related)

Working experience:  3 to 5 years

Languages & Proficiency: English
