About the role

Stripe is looking for an experienced Product Executive to lead our APAC product organization and scale Stripe’s regional strategy, product and business in APAC markets. You’ll manage a team of product managers distributed across APAC countries and partner closely with engineering, design, operations, policy, sales, and business development to deliver the best financial technology capabilities that drive growth and adoption in each market.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and drive APAC product strategy translating company and global product strategy into region and market specific priorities that maximize growth and coverage across the region.
  • Own outcomes and delivery for APAC initiatives partnering with engineering, design, data, operations, legal/regulatory, and GTM teams.
  • Ensure product decisions reflect deep understanding of local payments rails, regulatory environment, consumer and merchant behaviors, and competitive landscape across APAC markets.
  • Partner with regional leaders in Sales, BD, Ops, Risk, Legal and Policy to unblock launches and grow business.
  • Act as an external face for the product in APAC when required (partners, regulators, conferences).
Who you are

We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Required qualifications

  • 10+ years product experience with at least 3–5 years managing managers or senior PMs and leading multi-market initiatives; demonstrated success as a manager of managers or Staff Product Managers
  • Deep experience building or scaling payments, fintech, or developer platform products across multiple countries, ideally within APAC.
  • Strong track record of hiring, coaching and developing PM managers and building high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to define strategy, prioritize trade-offs, and deliver measurable business outcomes in ambiguous, regulated environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and ability to work across multicultural teams; local language skills (e.g., Japanese, Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Korean) are a plus depending on coverage.
  • Ability to be hands on with technical products, prototyping and building applications
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly across APAC.

Preferred qualifications

  • Prior experience at a scale payments or fintech company or at a marketplace/financial platform with multi-country product rollout experience.
  • Experience working with regulators and compliance teams to launch financial products.
  • Familiarity with local payments infrastructure (e.g., open banking, local card schemes, e-wallets, real-time rails) across APAC.
