This position is within APAC Payment Rail Product delivery team. APAC Payment Rail Product delivery team is part of Global Payment Rail and is responsible for end to end product platform delivery for Asia Pacific markets. You will have exposure to payment capabilities and product delivery life cycle, together with other value-added solutions that will support clients in their overall cash management needs.

Job Responsibilities
- Build payment product platform capabilities and implement the roadmap for payment solution, aligning with business goals and market demands. This involves creating product requirements that adhere to global standards while addressing local market demands. Aim to provide a premier payment platform for an outstanding client experience.
- Drive stability, resiliency and uplift platform capabilities to deliver superior client experience.
- Work closely with product, operations, engineering, and functional partners including country, regional, global stakeholders, to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the product development process.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with payment products, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Required qualification, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor's degree on Business, Engineering or Science.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, product development.
- Experience in collaborating with technology, operation, service, risk, compliance and legal teams and command influencing skills.
- Ability to build high quality product requirements for delivery execution.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Capable of delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that demands flexibility and adaptability to evolving directives.
- Inclusive and Collaborative attitude that are able to navigate multiple stakeholders.
- Experience on Agile product development
Preferred qualification, capabilities and skills
- Product experience in Payments/ Transaction banking space is preferred.
