About This Opportunity 

The APAC Marketing Director is responsible for leading and executing the regional marketing strategy across Asia-Pacific markets. This role drives brand growth, customer/partner engagement, and revenue generation through integrated marketing initiatives tailored to diverse cultural and business environments. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, hands-on marketer, with deep regional expertise.

What You Will Do 

  • Regional Strategy & Planning
    • Develop and implement APAC marketing strategies aligned with global objectives and local market dynamics.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive positioning.
  • Brand & Campaign Management
    • Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and creative execution across APAC.
    • Launch integrated campaigns (digital, PR, events, content) tailored to local audiences.
  • Digital & Performance Marketing
    • Drive digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, social media, email, and paid media.
    • Optimize performance marketing metrics and ROI across channels.
  • Partnerships & Events
    • Manage strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and regional events to enhance brand visibility.
    • Represent the brand at key industry conferences and forums.
  • Budget & Analytics
  • Own the regional marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and report to executive leadership.

What We Are Looking For 

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in APAC.
  • Proven success in developing and executing regional marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of APAC markets, cultures, and consumer behavior.
  • Experience in B2B, B2C, or hybrid marketing environments.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
