Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Forecasting regional packaging demand

  • Regional reporting on all necessary packaging statistics

  • Work with Marken branches, Business Developers and Project Managers in the region, as well as counterparts to identify future packaging demand.

  • Working with returns teams to recover assets and oversee regional central distribution services

  • Manage the forecasting process for the region

  • Assist with regional audits of branch inventory

  • Contribute to reducing the operational costs across the region through strategic deployment

  • Management of leased / rental packaging / Client dedicated inventory

  • Support deployment of packaging to 3rd party service providers

  • Leased Asset Management support as needed

  • Implementation of new technologies

  • Troubleshoot and oversee resolution of packaging deployment issues regarding stocking requests

  • Work with Marken branches, BD and PMs in the region, as well as counterparts to identify future packaging demand.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a Degree in Logistics, Finance or related fields
  • At least 5 years’ experience in logistics related role is preferred
  • Prior understanding of various packaging types used for healthcare logistics shipments is advantageous

  • Possess working proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook).

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Skilled with business intelligence platforms such as Tableau or Microsoft BI

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence others.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with others.

  • Display attention to detail.
