Job Description:

Job summary

- Drive execution of APAC regional initiatives for EndoMech and Energy platform products, delivering clinical-solution and specialty-focused strategies and executions across Colorectal, Thoracic, Bariatric, GYN and HPB to increase adoption, revenue, and clinical-outcome impact.


Core responsibilities

  • Develop and implement APAC execution plans for EndoMech and Energy platforms, aligning platform messaging, clinical value propositions, and go-to-market activities to meet revenue and margin targets.
  • Build and deploy clinical-solution/specialty strategies for Colorectal, Thoracic, Bariatric, GYN, HPB and other specialties, informed by patient pathways, competitor products, customer preferences, and local market dynamics. (Science of Stapling (SoS), Science of Energy (SoE) Executions)
  • Build and deploy procedure type solutions and recommendations to upgrade surgeries for better outcomes. This includes procedure upgrades from Open to Lap and Fusion surgery expansion in Robotic procedures
  • Partner with Regional Product Lead to align clinical messaging, KOL engagement and procedural adoption tactics with product rollouts. 
  • Collaborate closely with Prof‑Ed, Sales Enablement, Com‑Ed, GSMs, HEMA and Medical/Clinical Affairs to shape specialty initiatives, and market-specific educational roadmaps.
  • Design and run advisory boards (CIF and TAB) and structured insight sessions with regional KOLs to surface clinical evidence gaps, procedural needs, and training priorities.
  • Partner with regional surgical associations and societies to cultivate external clinical leadership and surgeon advocacy.
  • Monitor initiative execution, capture learnings, and feed back into regional strategy, product, and evidence plans.

Qualifications:

-          5-10 years of overall experience in healthcare or medical device industry

-          Minimum 2 years of marketing (product and/or Specialty ) experience

-          2+ years of sales experience

-          Proven track record in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and execution of customer events

-          Ability to work closely with surgeons’ network
