We are seeking a driven and experienced Agency Development Manager to lead and grow our agency partnerships across the APAC region. This role is critical in driving revenue growth, enhancing client satisfaction, and ensuring that our agency partners are aligned with our strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of media agencies, digital marketing, strong commercial acumen, and excellent relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

As the APAC Agency Development Manager at X, you will play a key role partnering with leading holding companies across the region. You will:

  • Develop strategic relationships at the holding company level through to individual agencies with the goal of delivering value to our partners and X.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for agencies and act as a trusted advisor.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver value to agency partners.

  • Support and drive revenue growth at X by creating and executing regional agency development plans.

  • Identify new agency partnership opportunities and support the sales team to onboard new clients to our platform.

  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance, provide strategic recommendations, and ensure partner satisfaction.

  • Represent the company at regional industry events and agency meetings.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to agency businesses.

Experience and Qualifications

  • 10+ years of media sales experience with a focus on partnering with media agencies.

  • Deep experience working within a digital and/or social media company.

  • Deep understanding of agency holding companies and strong relationships across APAC.

  • Proven track record of managing high-value relationships and driving commercial results.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with remote teams.

  • A self-starter who takes initiative and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, always-on startup environment.

  • Willingness to travel regionally as needed.

  • BA/BS degree preferred; Master’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
