Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify changes in regulations which may impact Global Markets’ compliance policies and procedures

  • Identify potential risks and propose compliance controls to manage and mitigate risks to provide advisory and support to global market business.

  • Ensure proper documentation and updating of compliance policies and procedures and provide training on new regulations and policies

  • First point of contact for internal, external auditors and regulators.

  • Reporting to HO on status of market compliance initiatives

  • Implementation of Head Office rules and controls

  • Review AGMD departments’ activities to identify methods to improve regulatory compliance and propose recommendations

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree

  • For Analyst level: Fresh graduate with internship experience in the Corporate Banking/Global Markets Division/Compliance/Risk Management.

  • For Associate level: Minimum 3 years of experience in market compliance

  • For Associate level: Minimum 5 years of experience working in financial sector

  • Strong knowledge in, both local and international/extra-territorial regulations

  • Ability to manage stakeholders and provide advisory to support departments in Global Markets

  • Familiar with Global Markets products and services

  • Strong communication skills with ability to influence others and embed frameworks, processes, and recommendations. 

  • Proficient with Microsoft 365.
