Primary Purpose:
This position is responsible for supporting Retail Accounting Activities
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency to...

  • Perform cash collection and AR application from relevant Landlords, Department Stores


and E-commerce Business

  • Evaluate customer credit worthiness, risks and determine appropriate credit limits
  • Support in monthly closing activities for Retail Accounting
  • Preparation of Balance Sheet Schedules and perform reconciliation
  • Finance operational activities such as Business/Sales License Applications, Stock takes etc
  • Liaising with the auditor for the annual statutory audit
  • Perform job-related duties as assigned
  • SOX Control
    • Ensure all internal control process comply with internal company policy


The accomplished individual will possess...

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance
  • 3-5 years working experience in Accounting/Finance Department at Multinational Company or Big 4.
  • Have experience in credit analysis or a related field
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must
  • SAP and Lease Accounting knowledge is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
  • Excellent communication, self-initiative, and team player skills
  • Possess ability to multi-task and work well under pressure, as this scope would cover multiple regions
