Responsibilities

  • Support regional and headquarters management by extracting data and creating periodical reports and presentation materials for both GCBDA and AIBD

  • Support the formulation and execution of the Global Corporate & Investment Banking strategy of the Bank for the APAC region

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of internal and external conferences and meetings

  • Help manage internal control matters for APAC region in collaboration with other partner departments

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders from different teams and countries on strategic assignments

  • Provide assistance on ad-hoc projects instructed by Strategic Planning and Governance

Requirements

  • Degree qualified

  • Experience in corporate planning business management in Corporate Banking and/or Investment Banking is preferred

  • Keen eye for details, good organisation skills and desire to deliver top quality output

  • Ability to multi-task and manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, team-player and the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the organization.

  • Experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

  • Open minded attitude to accept new challenges, adaptability to changes and ability to learn new topics quickly

  • Self-starter, meticulous, resourceful and creative
