Job Title: Analyst, Strategic Communications & Enablement

Location: Singapore

Department: Digital Manufacturing

Experience Level: Entry Level (0-2 Years)

About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Analyst to join our PMO and Strategy team in Digital Manufacturing. As GlobalFoundries continues to drive digital transformation and AI integration across our manufacturing and business operations, effective communication and employee enablement are critical.

In this role, you will be the engine behind our strategic communications, global AI training initiatives, and external stakeholder engagements. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive self-starter who wants to build a career at the intersection of technology strategy, project management, and corporate communications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Communications & Digital Media

  • Newsletter Management: Draft, design, and distribute regular departmental newsletters to keep global teams aligned on strategic milestones, AI initiatives, and project updates.

  • Video Production: Script, record, and execute basic editing for internal video content (e.g., leadership updates, training teasers, and project showcases).

  • Intranet/Website Maintenance: Update and manage the team’s internal SharePoint/website pages, ensuring all resources, guidelines, and announcements are current and easily accessible.

2. AI Training & Employee Enablement

  • Global Coordination: Support the roll-out of our Global AI Training programs, coordinating schedules, platforms, and resources across different time zones and fab locations.

  • Enablement Tracking: Monitor employee participation, collect feedback via surveys, and generate basic reports on training effectiveness to help the PMO optimize future sessions.

  • Resource Management: Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding training schedules, access issues, and course materials.

3. External Engagement & Stakeholder Alignment

  • Event Preparation: Assist in the planning and execution of external events, industry workshops, and vendor engagements.

  • Stakeholder Alignment: Prepare presentation decks, meeting agendas, and briefing documents to ensure leadership and external partners are aligned before key engagements.

  • Logistics & Coordination: Manage calendar invites, venue/virtual platform setups, and post-event follow-ups (e.g., meeting minutes and action item tracking).

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Information Systems, or Engineering (with relevant experience).

  • Experience: 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, communications, or corporate event planning (internship experience is highly valued).

  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to translate technical or strategic concepts (like AI and digital manufacturing) into engaging content.

  • Digital Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint). Basic experience with video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Clipchamp) and newsletter platforms is a strong plus.

  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to manage multiple moving parts and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Mindset: A strong "product mindset" with an eagerness to learn about AI, semiconductors, and global business operations.
