The Analyst, Portfolio Management supports portfolio performance analysis through financial modelling, reporting, and investment strategy delivery, maximizing returns for investors.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Analyst, Portfolio Management will support the portfolio management team to monitor, analyse and manage the real estate portfolio performance. The role focuses on data-driven analysis, portfolio monitoring, financial modelling and preparation of materials to support investment decisions, portfolio optimization and capital allocation. The key objectives of this role will be to contribute to the successful delivery of the investment strategy of the funds and maximizing risk-adjusted investment returns to the investors.
JOB REQUIREMENTSKey Responsibilities
Portfolio Monitoring & Analysis
- Assist in financial modelling and analysis work required for regular fund reporting purposes
- Maintain financial models for private funds
Reporting & Investor Support
- Work with finance and asset management teams to prepare periodic portfolio and management reporting
- Support investor relations activities, including preparation of materials for investor updates and communications
Portfolio Strategy & Capital Allocation
- Support fund management team in fund related matters including tracking asset leasing and operating performance
- Support evaluation of portfolio construction and capital allocation considerations based on long‑term market outlook, asset performance and strategic priorities
- Contribute analysis to the refinement of investment and asset management strategies in line with the long‑term objectives of the funds
Transactions & Capital Management
- Support acquisitions and divestments through financial modelling, due diligence analysis and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in capital raising activities for new funds, including preparation of presentation materials, data analysis and coordination with finance and legal teams
- Assist in executing documentation in relation to all fund compliance matters for both internal and external requirements
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related disciplines
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in real estate business or private equity investment role
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with solid commercial acumen
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to interact well across different functions and levels
- Self-motivated team player who is meticulous, detailed-oriented, organized and able to learn quickly
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
