The role combines investor communications, due diligence coordination, fund and portfolio analysis, and fundraising execution, with exposure to investment teams and colleagues globally. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and tailor investor presentations, fund summaries, investment case studies and meeting materials that clearly explain the firm's strategies, portfolio developments and investment proposition.
  • Support senior team members in developing LP relationships; prepare investor briefings, join meetings as appropriate, document feedback and coordinate timely follow-up.
  • Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, annual general meetings, webinars and site visits, working with internal teams on agendas, materials and logistics.
  • Draft and coordinate responses to due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), requests for proposals (RFPs) and ad hoc investor requests, consolidating input from investment, product, finance, legal, tax and compliance teams.

  • Support investor onboarding and fund closings by tracking outstanding documentation, coordinating know-your-customer and anti-money laundering requirements, and following up with the relevant teams and fund administrators.
  • Analyze and synthesize fund and portfolio information, including investment performance, capital activity and key drivers of returns, to support investor reporting, presentations and responses to LP questions.
  • Maintain investor-facing financial analyses and fundraising forecasts, reconciling data with finance and investment teams and explaining assumptions, sensitivities and results.
  • Research prospective LPs, investment mandates, allocation priorities and relevant fund commitments; monitor peer fundraising and digital and energy infrastructure trends to inform investor targeting.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records covering investor profiles, meeting activity, expected commitments, diligence stages and next steps; prepare pipeline updates and management reporting.
  • Coordinate internal review and approval of external materials, maintain version control and help improve workflows, data quality and turnaround times.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred.
  • 2-4 year of experience in finance, banking, or a related field, preferably in a private equity or investment banking environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and a working understanding of private market fund structures, fund economics and investment performance measures, such as IRR, investment multiples and distribution metrics.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze financial information and prepare accurate, polished investor materials.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and an Asian language (preferably Korean and/or Chinese), including the ability to translate complex financial and investment information into clear, concise messages.
  • Strong attention to detail, sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage competing deadlines, take ownership of deliverables and collaborate across teams and time zones.
  • Experience with DDQs, RFPs, CRM systems or virtual data rooms is advantageous; familiarity with infrastructure, digital/energy infrastructure or private credit is a plus.
  • A genuine interest in building a career in private markets fundraising and investor relations, with intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn.
