Role Overview
The Analyst will support the Digital Strategy Division in implementing AI initiatives across MUFG and partner banks in Asia. This role focuses on research, data analysis, and operational support for evaluation of use cases related to digital transformation (including AI and BI), project tracking, and reporting. It offers exposure to digital transformation and strategic enablement within a global financial institution.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Transformation Use Case Support
Assist in gathering requirements and preparing documentation for Digital Transformation use cases.
Support feasibility analysis and risk assessment processes for new initiatives.
Help coordinate implementation activities under the guidance of senior team members.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Maintain and update dashboards tracking Digital Transformation project portfolio and resource allocation.
Prepare reports and summaries for internal stakeholders and Head Office.
Analyse performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Market Intelligence
Conduct research on emerging technologies, vendors, and regulatory developments.
Compile insights to support decision-making and roll out of Digital transformation (including AI and BI) initiatives.
Operational Coordination
Support meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-up actions for Digital Transformation-related forums and working groups.
Assist in managing project timelines and deliverables.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
Task-oriened, strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with AI concepts and digital technologies preferred.
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Power Automate and basic data analysis tools.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
