Purpose of the role

  • Responsible for supporting the department with various credit administration activities including registering of the credit limits into the Bank’s Host System, performing credit limit control and due date control.

  • Follow-up with Marketing Relationship Officers/Managers on credit limit breach, credit review overdue and etc.

  • Preparing control reports to Front office, Management and Head Office.

  • To fulfil all (including but not limited to) responsibilities set out below.

Job Responsibilities:

Customer:

  • Work in partnership with Credit Control Departments and Relationship Managers to ensure the credit reviews and rating reviews are reviewed and approved in a timely manner.

  • Follow up closely with RMs on credit registrations and also monitor the rectification of any limit breach or overdue cases.

Other/ Control

  • Conduct timely registration of credit and market risk limit into the Host Systems (i.e. OVS, FXAT, OA, Pyramid/Sphinx, FX Netting etc).

  • Assist in the preparation of timely due date control reports on credit reviews and borrower rating reviews.

  • Input and approve Conditions Instructions Report Required (CIR) into Approval Conditions System (ACS System.

  • Daily monitoring of customer’s credit limit breaches and overdue credit and follow-up with RMs

Job Requirements:

  • Degree qualified

  • Minimum 1 year experience in credit administration

  • Strong PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Good Team player

  • Careful and meticulous

  • Good Problem-Solving Skills
