Role Description
This is a full-time in-office role based in Singapore, as part of the CFO’s team.
Responsibilities    
  • Work closely with CFO & Co-founders to filter Moladin’s value proposition and business updates for investor communications.
  • Support fundraising activities including maintenance of core investor engagement materials.
  • Review monthly financials & budget for the Property-backed lending business.
  • Work cross-functionally at all levels and teams to gather / prepare, review and assess key operational and financial metrics across Moladin, supporting management decision-making & investor reporting.
  • In-depth monitoring and analysis of key credit and sales metrics specifically for the Property-backed lending business, generating data-driven insights and recommendations.
Requirements
  • Recent or fresh graduates of all nationalities welcome (we can sponsor foreign work pass applications).
  • Bachelor's degree with first or second class upper honours in a quantitative discipline, such as engineering, science, economics or business.
  • Strong data acumen and analytical skills – specific technical or coding skills not required.
  • Driven to solve complex business problems and create tangible impact.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates who can start in January or as soon as possible are preferred.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia / Malay is an advantage.
