Job Sumnary

GlobalFoundries seeks a Finance Analyst within its Capital Finance team. This position will support tracking and monitoring of enterprise capital incentives & recoveries. This role will require the ability to work effectively across many regions and cross-functionally.

Your Job:

• Monitor and report on the commitments of each grant relative to plan

• Develop standardized tracking methodologies and templates to enable reporting automation

• Partner with project owners to drive accountability and compliance at a project level

• Work with program finance owners to ensure accuracy of accruals, forecasting, and cash flow modeling

• Support ROI analysis for new grant opportunities and drive socialization of incentives to business owners

• Collaborate across departments to share pertinent information as needed

• Standardize balance sheet recons

• Develop reporting solutions (PowerBi, Anaplan, Excel) to enable efficient reporting of Incentives & Recoveries 

• Drive process improvement and standardization

Required Qualifications:

• BA/BS in Finance or Accounting

• Demonstrate strong accounting and financial analysis skills

• Action oriented with the ability to distill complex agreements

• Ability to meet work and project deadlines in a timely fashion with high quality output

• Strong PC skills and excellence in Microsoft suite

• Problem-solver – guiding, implementing, and sustaining process excellence
