Assist team seniors in marketing and deal execution of project finance transactions. Details of responsibilities summarized below.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in origination of lending and financial advisory mandates including the preparation of marketing materials, proposals and presentation packages.

  • Assist in the execution of lending and financial advisory transactions including relevant research, preparation and handling of financial models, information memorandums, credit papers, review and analysis of project documents, and coordination with other specialist advisors and consultants.

  • Work closely with team seniors in liaising and coordination with clients with respect to origination and execution of transactions, and performance of other administrative duties as may be required for a transaction.

  • Work with MUFG clients and various departments across region and globally

  • Comply with compliance and internal procedures throughout deal process

Job Requirements:

  • Should have a good grasp of financial analysis, corporate finance, financial modelling

  • Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills

  • Should possess a good degree with 1-4 years’ work experience, preferably in a job which requires similar skillsets such as banking, consulting firms and companies engaged in project development
