Job Description

Responsibilities​

  • Timely submission of periodic and ad-hoc leasing reports, management reports, budgetary controls, and budgeting.
  • System security controls and administration, data integrity management and updates, and IT-enabled initiatives support.
  • Assisting with the review of internal and inter-department workflow relating to system and reporting needs
  • Assisting in managing system-level space requirement.
  • Assisting the manager in communicating leasing deal structure/process to put the data back to system.
  • Leading or assisting in budgeting, forecasting and valuation exercises.
  • Monitoring operational and financial performance of portfolio assets.
  • Formulating asset business plans to enhance the value of portfolio assets.
  • Conducting market research, competitors’ analysis and data analysis for insights.
  • Prepare management reports and performance updates for key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Business/Real Estate, with knowledge on real estate reporting (including financial analysis), management reporting, documentation, processes, and procedures.
  • Highly numerate with sharp analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to details and sound quantitative skills, including a strong foundation in financial analysis.
  • Good working knowledge of real estate practices and documents is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and IT-savviness.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Dedicated, service-oriented team player with initiative, and multitasking abilities.
