We're growing our team and on the lookout for a sharp, curious, and dependable individual to join us as an AML Analyst. You'll make sure that relationships with our players are fully in line with what the regulators expect from us. If you love diving into the details, spotting patterns others might miss, and getting to the bottom of a mystery, you might be just who we need!

You should be comfortable having tricky conversations with tact and privacy, able to stay super organised, and skilled at making sense of information from all angles. Most importantly, you’ll bring a problem-solving mindset and help us stay true to our company’s mission and values.

Responsibilities:

  • Adhering to the regulatory and operational risk control standards established by our licensing authorities and internal policies.
  • Contributing to the execution of our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) program.
  • Evaluating and approving Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) information received from clients.
  • Observing player behavior and taking necessary actions in accordance with internal AML policies.
  • Implementing procedures for verifying Source of Funds and Source of Wealth.
  • Performing continuous transaction monitoring.
  • Investigating possible matches with Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) or Sanctions Lists.
  • Supporting the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) with any additional reporting or tasks.
  • Compiling internal reports on unusual or suspicious transactions and/or activities for escalation to the MLRO.
  • Committed to the implementation of our AML program.
  • Following the company’s documented policies and procedures.

About you:

  • Fluency in a Nordic language, both written and spoken, would be considered an asset.
  • At least 1 year of experience in AML within a gaming organization or a similar regulated setting.
  • Experience in related fields such as risk management or fraud detection in the gaming industry is highly regarded.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative team player with strong analytical abilities and the capacity for independent work.
  • Sound understanding of AML practices and relevant regulations.
  • Capability to balance business needs with legal requirements.
  • Adept at identifying and mitigating AML/Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) risks.
  • Open-minded, adaptable, and receptive to feedback and change.
